What is New Hope for Kids?
New Hope for Kids provides specialized support to children and families grieving the loss of a loved one and grants wishes to children with life-challenging illnesses in Central Florida.
What are the Mascot Games?
The Mascot Games feature mascots from sports teams across the country competing in a variety of zany games. More than 18,000 fans enjoy thrilling and crazy competition, as mascots from MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, MLS, ECHL and NCAA battle through high-energy themed games, to see who are the true champions of the mascot world are!
At what age does a child need a ticket?
Any child that has reached his/her second birthday must have a ticket.
What time do the doors open?
What type of pre-events will be taking place before the games?
On Friday and Saturday, there will be a Community Festival on the Terrace Level inside the Amway
Center. On Friday, it will run from 11 am-12:30, and 1 pm-2 pm on Saturday. Saturday’s event will
also feature the Magic 107.7 and Rumba 100.3 FAN FEST. The FAN FEST is a free event and will be
located outside the Amway Center along Church St., from 12 pm-2 pm. Both festivals will feature
local vendors with interactive activities and prizes. You must have a ticket to enter the Amway
Center and take part in the Community Festival.
What parking is available?
Friday, June 21: Camps will have the option of parking at the GEICO garage, surrounding lots and
Camping World Stadium. Camps will receive specific parking details, instructions and maps, as the
event get closer.
Saturday, June 22: The Amway Center is pleased to offer guests reserved/pre-paid parking in the
GEICO Garage (400 West South St.) adjacent to the Amway Center. Reserved/pre-paid parking can
be purchased through ticketmaster.com. You can also pay for parking upon arrival ticketmaster.com
How much is parking?
Parking in the GEICO Garage (400 West South Street) is $15. More parking is available in various surrounding lots. Other area locations may have lower rates.

Will there be a special drop off zone?
On Friday, June 22, there will be a designated drop off zone for Camps. Camps will receive this
location and further information at a later date.
Will there be any security at the event?
Will there be posters or other items sold at the event for purchase?
Will the mascots be available to sign autographs before the event?
Mascots will be available to sign autographs at the VIP Mascot Huddle on Saturday, June 22 from
12:30 pm to 1:15 pm. This ticket costs $35 for pre-purchase, and $40 the day of the event and
includes admission to the Mascot Games. If purchased online, additional fees may apply.
Can food or drink be brought into the arena from outside?
No. Food and drink can be purchased at the various concession stands or consumed prior to entry.
Are cameras or cellphones permitted to record or take stills of the games?
Yes, we would love for you to share them! Like us on Facebook/MascotGames, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat filters. No selfie sticks allowed.

What are the colors for the teams this year?
Blue, Red, Green and Yellow.
Is the seating reserved?
On Friday June 21, camps have reserved seating within assigned specific color sections. Saturday,
June 22 has three tiers of seating: General Admission ($12), Premium seats ($20) and VIP Mascot
Huddle ($35). VIP Mascot Huddle tickets include a Meet + Greet with the Mascots at 12:30 pm and
admission to the 2 pm Games.
Will there be attendants in the stands helping to keep watch over the campers?
The Amway Center Staff will provide ushers to facilitate crowd needs while in the stands, but we know everyone will be on their best behavior during the games.
Can we purchase more tickets the day of the event if we have more children than anticipated?
Yes, if purchasing for your camp on Friday please go to the Amway Center Box Office Windows 1-5. At these (5) windows, the camps will be listed in alphabetical order by camp name on Friday. On Saturday, you may purchase tickets to the event at the Amway Center Box Office.
Where do we pick-up our tickets for Camps?
For Camps on Friday, June 21 your ticket pick-up options are as follows:
New Hope for Kids office: June 19-20, 10 am-6 pm

Amway Center Box Office (Windows 1-5): June 21, 9 am-event conclusion
Payment Options: Check (make payable to: New Hope for Kids), Credit Card (all types), Cash or

Where do we pick-up our tickets for Saturday if we pre-paid?
If you purchased your tickets through New Hope for Kids, you can pick-up your tickets at the New
Hope for Kids office on June 20 only, from 10 am-6 pm, and the day of the event at the Amway
Center Box Office (Windows 1-5), beginning at 9 am. If you purchased your tickets through
Ticketmaster,your tickets are only available for pick-up at the Amway Center Box Office, prior to
event day and on event day.
